5. Payment Terms and Refunds

Course fees are listed in Taiwan dollars and include applicable taxes. Payment is required before you can access premium content. We accept major credit cards and electronic payment methods commonly used in Taiwan.

Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied with a course, you can request a full refund within 14 days of enrollment, provided you've completed less than 20% of the course content. After that window closes, or if you've progressed beyond that threshold, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Privacy and Data Protection
